Nilpeter novelties presented at Asian packaging show

Nilpeter Asia Pacific attended Package Print International in Bangkok for the 4th time. The company presented two new innovative flexo presses to the Asian market.

This regional trade exhibition, developed by the Thai packaging and printing associations, showcased the latest technological innovations and cost effective packaging and printing solutions. 

The global packaging and printing markets are undergoing regional shifts with a growing emphasis on Asia, in particular, the emerging markets of Southeast Asia. According to the organisers, the Asian market experiences a strong industry development and positive economic outlook. This is evident from the significant 40% growth in the trade exhibition this year.

The many visitors on the Nilpeter stand were curious to learn more about the company’s two new flexo presses, the FB-3 and the FA-4*. Nilpeter’s FB-3 flexo press is one of the fastest label presses on the market. It delivers a top speed of 228 m/min. with no compromises to print quality on webs up to 350 mm wide. The sleeve-based FA-4* has a web width of 420 mm, an extra short web path and a top speed of 175 m/min., which make this press a good choice for producing high-quality labels and flexible packaging in short runs with various repeat lengths.
