During the fall of 2023, Nilpeter will open a large-scale Service & Technology Center in Cincinnati, USA.

Nilpeter will use its solid platform in Cincinnati, North America, to introduce a strengthened service support center. The new center will focus on Nilpeter’s global activities and secure faster service reaction time as well as fast delivery of spare-parts and accessories.

Moreover, the North American facility will house a large-scale Technology & Educational Center in order to demonstrate the full product portfolio ranging from flexo, offset, digital, and value-added technologies.

Today Nilpeter supports a combined install base of more than 1,000 printing presses in North and South America, which has been built up over the past 30+ years. Many of these presses are still running production and require preventive maintenance and spare parts. With the new strategic focus, Nilpeter intends to utilize its modern manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati to prioritize customer support requirements including efficient spare-part deliveries.

Peter Eriksen, COO, Nilpeter, “Nilpeter operates production sites around the world (Denmark, USA, and India) in order to be close to our customers. Each site has perfected the skills of effectively manufacturing high-quality presses. Moving forward we wish to add a renewed focus on the manufacturing of original parts for all Nilpeter product lines – and be able to deliver parts efficiently and at a competitive price level. This will be the top priority of Nilpeter USA, which already operates modern manufacturing equipment and has a strong local install base”.

Lenny DeGirolmo, Managing Director, Nilpeter USA, “We consider the new investment in North America extremely important in order to establish Nilpeter’s strong leadership in the global printing industry. Actors within labels and flexible packaging markets can experience Nilpeter’s full product portfolio first-hand in Cincinnati. The new Technology Center will showcase our successful FA-Line and FB-Line for labels and flexible packaging, and the new MO-Line FUSION for offset combination along with the latest digital and value-added printing technologies. We continue to see the North and South American market grow each year and wish to support our customers the best possible way. On a quarterly basis, starting January 2024, we intend to conduct educational seminars together with key players in the printing industry.”
