In an ongoing effort to remain at the pinnacle of the packaging industry, The Reflex Group has recently invested in not one, but two identical 10 colour Nilpeter FA-26 flexo presses for their location in Newcastle, UK

This state-of-the-art press is specifically built for value-added short run flexible packaging and labels. Boasting features such as robust unit construction, a compact footprint, and a unique landscape design, the FA-26 ensures optimum register and consistently delivers high print quality at all speeds. The addition of the two new FA-26s by Reflex Group brings the total number of new Nilpeter presses acquired over the last couple of years to six.

The 670-mm presses include Nilpeter’s Digital Shadow technology, which creates a digital footprint of the press as it operates, capturing data on usage, performance, and maintenance requirements. This digital shadow of the press can be used as a tool to train and educate staff and users.

Ian Kendall, Chief Executive of The Reflex Group, shared his thoughts on this significant investment,

“For Reflex Group, innovation and quality have always been paramount. The decision to invest in two Nilpeter FA-26 units is a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement. They not only meet our high standards, but also align with our goal of providing quality and cost effective solutions for our clients. In the competitive world of packaging, it’s essential to equip ourselves with the best.”

Nilpeter’s UK Managing Director, Nick Hughes, commented,

A huge thanks to Reflex for fostering a remarkable partnership over recent years, one that’s deeply rooted in trust and integrity. Reflex consistently challenges the limits across various domains, and it’s inspiring to be an integral part of such a pioneering journey.”
